SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no thresholds.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or a holiday ship the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, and carrier delays.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. You can track your package at 17track.net.

Where we ship
International

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll correct it before the order ships. We can't reroute a package once it's in transit.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@dashdrift.net and we'll either track it down or send a replacement.
